My delivery arrived very quickly and I was kept I formed of the delivery progress and the quality of the product is excellent.

These pans are great! Solid and they look good too. Even a metal spoon doesn’t faze them and it’s great they can go in the dishwasher. I love their eco credentials (the original reason for choosing them).

I ordered a rèplacement part 13 days ago, it has yet to arrive. I contacted them via email 5 days ago and got an automated reply to say they will respond asap, I haven't had a response. I've tried contacting again today and their 'robot' said they'd transfer me to a live agent (yippee! a human being to speak to) I've yet to speak to that human! I can't recommend this company.
After 4 hrs of waiting for a human being to speak to me I have just received an email to say that they have cancelled my order at my request (I DID NOT MAKE THIS REQUEST) and they have issued a refund. I suspect they did not have the item that they'd advertised. Do not use this company!!!

Fantastic products and excellent service. The oven trays are marvellous. So glad I bought them.

Our pressure cooker was packaged and delivered in excellent condition. I am, so pleased of the first use of our pressure cooker. I washed 1kg of pea lentils and it was cooked in 20 rather than 3-4 hours in other ways. Pea lentils was, absolutely smooth. When cooled, I packaged flat, in several Jiffy bags for freezing. This pressure cooker has, improved my cooking time in kitchen. To top it up, I cooked the most delicious gujrati dhall that my husband had to run into the kitchen and give me, the biggest hug of “ Thank you for out of the world, tasty dhall”. I put the lid and pot of the pressure cooker, without the rubber, into the dishwasher and it was safe and looked new again. Many thanks Prestige for this beautiful design and very effective pressure cooker⭐️

This is a good quality egg poacher, bought as a replacement of a similar product which was worn out after many years, but this item uses shiny black plastic poacher pods instead of non-stick coated aluminium and I wonder how durable the plastic ones will be and is plastic the best solution.

Delivered within two days but without instructions or diagram which were emailed on request and easy to fit. So 4 stars only as not the first time its been mentioned here.

Very good service and quick delivery. The downside is that after my purchase of the 6l aluminium pressure cooker the instructions said the gasket needed replacing every 12 to 18 months but then I discovered that you cannot get hold of this gasket for this pressure cooker. Customers should be made aware of this before they commit to buying.

Website did not specify external diameter of gasket, asked for model number which were no longer visible so chose most popular item for stainless steel model which turned out to be too big. Have since ordered from another supplier specifying internal/external diameter.

Unfortunately, I ordered an incorrect part, which I didn't appreciate until trying to fit it. Now, I have discovered it is impossible to speak to a human being as everything is computerised. Extremely frustrating when you are not very computer literate

Easy to find what I needed and the products are always of good quality which to me is pretty important. The site was easy to navigate so I quickly found the item

The saucepans we are very pleased with. A little disappointed with the delivery though as although on time, we did not know it had been delivered until I checked on tracking that it had been delivered 30 minutes before.

Easy to find and order what I needed and 20 percent off during Jan, delivery times ok, but there is a charge for this.
One of my items did arrive damaged, a quick email and it was replaced within a few days, all in all a good service.

I initially tried to make contact with Prestige's customer services by email on 5 January 2023 but received no reply. I then went on to Prestige's website on 24 January where I found the spare parts I needed and was able to order them easily. It would have been helpful if the instruction booklet with my product had told me where the number for my product was located. The spare parts were not as expensive as I had feared and they arrived quickly.
